For the last year, my fiance has been telling me about this great place to eat. We finally had the opportunity to go together yesterday and o - m - g! It was amazing. I ordered a regular size loaded baked potatoe with one regular sized boneless chicken breast wrapped in bacon and he ordered the loaded tots. Although these were the "regular" (not large) sizes, there was plenty of food to eat. The chicken was so tender and juicy and came with a small cup of BBQ sauce - made by the owner - which was phenomenal. The baked potatoe had butter and sour creme, cheese, chives & pulled pork. The tots were smothered in pulled pork, BBQ beans, cheese and I don't know what else but yet they were still crispy and not all soggy like most loaded tots. There were several sturdy picnic tables so guests may sit and eat and I noticed a porta-potty on the other side of the property. Very friendly staff and although there were three customers before us, we had our food within 7-10 mins. The food cost less than 30 (I think it was around 23.00) which is very affordable for such great homemade food. I would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to our next visit.
Delicious,got a slap of ribs,half a chicken,lb of brisket.Everything was great,sauce on the side.Grandson enjoyed the Mac n cheese/brisket..Will be back.This place is kinda out of the way,but worth the trip,out in the coun..Highly recommend..

Food was excellent! Service is very quick. No wait when we stopped but, we got there just before the dinner rush! Prices are very reasonable. It was a nice sunny day and it was great to be able to sit under the shade of the tree and eat.
Tried a pork sandwich, a brisket sandwich and half a chicken. Less than 20 for lunch and dinner. And it must be the best barbecue in southern Ohio!
Meat falls off the bone. Got a full rib rack for 28 dollars, tastes great. I'd come back again. Keto diet compliant 5* ribs
Cid's is a great, no frills BBQ place. They offer unique items, cater, and are fairly priced. It's an outdoor joint with a picnic table.
Stopped in one afternoon to get the jalapeno poppers. They were stuffed with pulled pork I believe and they were awesome!! He has a large selection of smoked pork, chicken and sides. You can't find anything bad on this menu!
